We set up at the beginning of 2019, operating from our beautiful therapy room in Mickleover, Derby. The aim was to create an oasis of calm from which to offer a range of holistic therapies + sports massage.

As a keen sports person Jemima has a wealth of experience to offer clients + understands the trials + tribulations participating in sport can bring. She is also passionate about self-care + natural ways to improve health + well-being.
